Basic iPhone configuration
Email Address: [email protected]
First, enter Settings on your iPhone.
1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar
2. Then choose your email account
3. Tap Account name to get to settings
4. Check your basic configuration.
Notes:
Host Name will be: cpanel01.tnpw.net
User Name is the same as your email address
You should use „IMAP” for your account
4.1 Check your Outgoing Server configuration.
Select your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
4.2 Select your Primary Server
4.3 Check your Outgoing Configuration here.
Notes:
Host Name will be cpanel01.tnpw.net
User Name is the same as email address
Need to enable SSL
Outgoing Server Port will be 465 with SSL turned on
Note: Username and Password fields are marked as optional, but these MUST be filled in order to achive a proper sending.
5. When you are done, go back to the basic configuration page, and select Advanced for other configuration
5.2 On the Advanced tab check your Incoming Configuration.
Notes:
Turn SSL on.
Use Server Port 993 with SSL turned on.
6.1 (optional) You should use the Trash folder on the server, not on the phone. To do this, go to Advanced tab, and select Deleted Mailbox.
6.2 Ensure it is set to Server’s Trash folder:
7. After you have made your changes, tap Advanced > Account, then tap Done
