Select Archived Message Download
In your archive search results, you’ll see that there’s a new option available, either from the action drop-down on the left, or by selecting messages and the action menu at the end of the results, called “Download”. You can use this action to easily download a range of messages that match whatever search criteria you wish. The download will happen in your browser, and you’ll end up with a .zip archive containing the messages in the standard RFC 5322 format. This is a convenient method of retrieving specific messages quickly, rather than using the larger export functionality to get many days of messages at once.
Assign IP addresses to outgoing filter identities
If you have configured identification management for your outgoing filter users (where you can use a message header or the envelope sender as a method of identifying specific end-users that share an authentication domain, e.g. a smarthost), then you are now able to assign a specific IP address (interface) on the server to use for delivering that mail. This expands the existing ability to assign an IP address to an authentication domain.
You might wish to use this to allocate specific IP addresses to different classes of end users, to better handle IP reputation. For example, your most valuable and trusted users may be allocated to one IP address, and less valuable or trusted users another, which means that if those users cause degradation of that IP’s reputation, your valuable/trusted users are not impacted.
This functionality is currently only available via the software API.
